Sanitation Master Plan for the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain)

The project has begun with existing data cleaning as a basis for the construction of the mathematical model with the software Infoworks CS. Once this model was functioning it was calibrated by taking flow measurements at different points in the network.

We have previously carried out an hydrogeological study in order to identify project rains and know the characteristics of the subsoil to introduce appropriate runoff coefficients in the model.

Based on the model, we have established the diagnosis of the current state of the network and propose and pre-design the required solutions.

The works have also included the analysis of Urban Planning, in order to integrate new areas into the model and plan the implementation of collectors required.

The modeled network length is 900 km.
